About the Position

Are you an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong focus on maturing and qualifying deals? Are you excited about contributing to developing a global leader in a high-profile industry? If so, Inniti seeks a talented individual to join our team as a Senior SDR, responsible for leading the deal maturing and qualifying process.


At Inniti, we are revolutionising the modern laboratory landscape. Our SaaS solution combines a unique connectivity solution with a secure cloud-based platform, enabling companies to access, analyse, and utilise data from lab equipment anytime, anywhere.


Our team and customer portfolio are growing fast, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior SDR to ensure our continued growth of enterprise customers, including some of the world's biggest life science and biotech companies.


About the Role

As Senior SDR, you will play a key role in expanding Inniti's client portfolio across global and local companies in sectors such as Food & Beverages, Utilities, Chemicals, and Life Sciences.

Working alongside our commercial team, you will confidently guide potential clients through the sales pipeline and significantly impact the sales process - especially the first steps in our sales funnel.


Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts, providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (no cold calling) to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses and effectively articulate the value proposition of our solution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, tracking progress and providing regular updates to the sales management team.


The Ideal Candidate

As the ideal candidate for this role, you bring experience selling SaaS or complex solutions to global clients. You may have a background in either business or engineering.


Key qualifications and traits we value include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, focusing on maturing and qualifying deals
  • Experience in solution sales, preferably with a focus on SaaS or industrial solutions
  • A proven track record of confidently leading and driving sales processes forward, demonstrating strong execution skills and a proactive approach
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage successfully with both C-level executives and PhD-educated lab specialists
  • Strong understanding of technology or a solid grasp of typical SaaS metrics and tech development structures
  • A pleasant and collaborative personality, thriving in an informal, compassionate, and ambitious work environment
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (Danish language skills are not required)
