As a product owner you are responsible for the project's outcome and will seeks to maximise product value by managing and optimising the product backlog.You will work closely together with our tech team and customer to ensure project deliveries. Here you will not only get to drive the production and development of our products; you will also have every opportunity to develop and grow your skills.

Your role

As part of a growing company, you will have a broad and exciting responsibility. You must juggle the triangle of scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our CXO, developers, and customers. Your primary tasks cover:

Prioritise and plan activities
Breakdown customer projects to actionable activities
Coordinate the development resources of our tech team
Mapping out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development
Understand the customer and translate it into technical requirements.
Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop and execute automated tests

About you

You are a structured person with and project management mindset. You are good at absorbing new information and have the communicative skills to explain to both technical and non-technical people. You want to join a dynamic company on an exciting journey where you will make a difference. You like taking responsibility, and you are ready to take decisions. Equally important is your pragmatic and collaborative approach to taking necessary and fast decisions – we can succeed as a team across functions and departments.

The Right Candidate

Ideally, you would be able to check off most of the following points:

Engineering background / Developer / UX background
You have worked as a product owner or project manager in tech before.
You are a good communicator and quick at understanding new concepts.
You know tech - or at least have a strong understanding of tech development structures
Personality-wise, we expect you to be a pleasant colleague and a good collaborator that thrives in an informal, compassionate, and ambitious work environment. You have the drive to push the organisation forward and get everybody onboard to achieve our shared goals.
English skills at professional level (written and spoken) are necessary.
